Qualifications and Requirements
Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
Current Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification or eligibility for licensure

Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
Clearances and background checks required for employment in Pennsylvania schools
Job Duties
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine student eligibility for special education services
Develop individualized education and intervention plans in collaboration with staff and parents
Provide counseling and behavioral support to students
Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive school climates
Participate in IEP meetings and assist in goal development and progress monitoring
Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives within the district
